How do I attach my Teasel banner to wall / trellis / etc?

Your Teasel banner is hung by four elastic cords (supplied) which can be attached to a trellis. Alternatively the cords can be attached to any suitable wall fixing. Once hung the Teasel banner can still be easily removed for washing or storage.

How is my Teasel banner delivered?

Each Teasel banner is packaged in a strong tube and delivered via Royal Mail. Your order will be dispatched on the same day it is received (unless it is out of stock in which case we will contact you). We will email you on that day to confirm. You can contact us at any time if you have any queries about your order or its delivery.

Payment

To pay by credit card: Simply choose this option at the checkout stage. You will then transfer to PayPal where you can either enter your PayPal account details or, if you do not have an account, choose the credit/debit card option and enter your card details. Can I return a Teasel banner if I'm not completely satisfied.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Teasel banner. However, if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, simply let us know in writing (or email) within 7 working days and send it back to us. We'll give you a complete refund.
